Chinese people are just about to celebrate the Chinese New Year – next 7th February. The past years at this time I used to buy myself a Jamon Iberico. This year I have founded an interesting one. From the trip to Tibet I did during Christmas here are some pictures. From the sunny days I had in Tibet I moved to a freezing weather in Beijing. Even the lakes of the city get frozeng. So, last Sunday I enjoyed some good time onboard an ice bicycle.

The cold and dry Beijing weather I think is perfect to dry Spanish Jamon. So, let´s see if I manage to find it. In the mean time, if you come over, do not hesitate to bring one in your luggage.…
